Important Information

With all COVID-19 restrictions ending in England on 24 Feb 2022, our priority is to continue to offer the best possible experience to our guests whilst ensuring we also look after our staff. We continue to have hygiene and safety measures in place throughout our attractions, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser and increased ventilation. In our indoor attractions, key walkways or busier areas, guests may still see signage stating ‘Face Coverings Recommended’ which is in line with public health guidance. Those staff who may wish to continue wearing a face covering whilst working have the option to do so. If you or your party display any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive, we ask that you do not visit.

Disabled Access Warwick Castle was built as a medieval fortress and as such has a number of steps, narrow passageways and low doorways which can present a challenge to guests with reduced mobility. All shows take place outside and are fully accessible. The last four rooms of the Castle Dungeon attraction are fully accessible and available free of charge to wheelchair users and one carer, The Castle Dungeon is dark with spiral stairs so may be unsuitable for some guests with reduced mobility or certain medical conditions. The Great Hall, State Rooms, Chapel and Warwick’s Royal Weekend Party have 10 steps to the entrance, guests who are able to ascend these steps can use the wheelchair provided located at the top of the steps
